If for any reason you need to request an exchange, we are here to assist you.

Exchange Eligibility

You may exchange items for others of equal value. If you choose an item of higher value, the price difference will need to be paid. Any remaining balance will be credited to your Links Beirut account or issued as a coupon code for your next purchase.

We are pleased to offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In their original packaging, including all labels and accessories

  • In the same condition received

Please note: Refunds are not available. Exchanges are offered only based on availability of the item requested.

When Exchanges Are Accepted

We will gladly replace your item in the following cases:

  • The size is not suitable

  • The product was damaged during shipping

  • An incorrect product was delivered

How to Request an Exchange

All exchange requests should be submitted within 7 days max of receiving your order.

Additional Information

  • No cash refunds are offered — exchanges only

  • All exchanges are subject to item availability

  • International exchanges may incur additional shipping fees

  • Products that include a warranty are subject to their specific warranty terms

  • Items that do not meet the return condition requirements will be returned to the customer

  • Exchange requests are completed within 3–5 business days.

  • For all local exchanges, a delivery fee of $4.5 will be charged to the customer.
