Exchange Eligibility

We are pleased to offer an exchange for unworn, unused items within 4 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In their original packaging, including all labels and accessories

  • In the same condition received

Please note: Refunds are not available.
Exchanges are offered only based on availability of the item requested.

When Exchanges Are Accepted

We will gladly replace your item in the following cases:

  • An incorrect product was delivered

  • The product is defective

  • The product was damaged during shipping

  • No refunds are offered — exchanges only

  • All exchanges are subject to item availability

  • International exchanges may incur additional shipping fees

  • Products that include a warranty are subject to their specific warranty terms

  • Items that do not meet the return condition requirements will be returned to the customer
